At Solario, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Have no visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used extensively, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
- Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged or defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.
If you would like an exchange for the same item, please mention this when you contact us about the issue.
